Happy New Year!

January brings refreshed determination to accomplish goals and resolutions, a common one being to be more organized (which in turn aids checking off those other goals.) One way I stay organized is with my planners and I just wanted to show off how beautiful they are! Every year I get the Thomas Kinkade Disney Dreams planner and they make staying organized just a little bit more fun! Each week has a different picture of one of his famous Disney paintings and they are all gorgeous. I especially love the ones featuring the Disney princesses!

Cozy Comforts for Writing

November is such a cozy time for writing and I like to think that’s perhaps one reason why NaNoWriMo takes place during this month. We recently got out first snowfall of the year and I just want to stay inside and keep warm, so it’s the perfect time to get some writing done. But instead of just sitting down and typing out some words, I like to get comfortable and cozy first so here are some of my favourite comforts to add coziness to any writing session.

National Novel Writing Month – NaNoWriMo

November is just over two weeks away and that means another National Novel Writing Month is upon us. For anyone who does not know what National Novel Writing Month, more affectionately known as NaNoWriMo, is, it is pretty much exactly what it sounds like. Writers from all over the world attempt to write a novel in a single month.

This year, I will not be able to participate because of my editing deadline for my current manuscript, but I still wanted to talk a bit about NaNoWriMo because I’ve really enjoyed my experience with it in the past.

Welcome

Welcome to my blog!

I am thrilled to announce I recently signed an agency agreement with Dawn Dowdle of Blue Ridge Agency for my cozy mystery series! This blog will keep readers updated on my publication journey so I invite you to come along for the ride!

Currently I am working on some major revisions for book 1 of my series (working title: Paint Me A Crime) and these revisions will take me into Fall of 2019.
