Meet the Residents of Rose Shore

I haven’t blogged very much about my own writing; it’s exciting to be about to share something very special about my debut cozy mystery series! I recently had character portraits commissioned as a fun way for readers to get to know my characters before my book is released on June 13, 2023 with TouchPoint Press. It’s amazing to be able to see the faces of these characters who’ve lived inside my head for four years. They seem so real now!

National Novel Writing Month – NaNoWriMo

November is just over two weeks away and that means another National Novel Writing Month is upon us. For anyone who does not know what National Novel Writing Month, more affectionately known as NaNoWriMo, is, it is pretty much exactly what it sounds like. Writers from all over the world attempt to write a novel in a single month.

This year, I will not be able to participate because of my editing deadline for my current manuscript, but I still wanted to talk a bit about NaNoWriMo because I’ve really enjoyed my experience with it in the past.
